Knitting Together at the Museum this Winter
Westchester Township History Museum invites area knitters and those who crochet or do needlework to gather at the Brown Mansion for Knitting Together, a cozy afternoon of knitting, conversation, and refreshments. This group meets on the first Sunday of each month unless that date falls on or near a holiday. This winter, Knitting Together takes place on Sundays, January 6, February 3, and March 3, from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Registration is not necessary to attend.
The Westchester Township History Museum is located at 700 W. Porter Ave., Chesterton. The museum is an educational and cultural service of Westchester Public Library and is open to the public free of charge Wednesday-Sunday from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. or by appointment. For more information, please call the museum at (219) 983-9715.
