Free Community Class: Beginners Movement - Flow for all Beings with Kellie Cahillane
This introductory class explores fundamental principles of alignment and breath. This is a class for those newer to yoga, or who are wanting to learn the basics of a vinyasa flow class. This class will move at a slower pace than other vinyasa classes, but still offers physical and mental challenge. You’ll become more comfortable in the yoga practice, as you get out of your head and into your body.
