Join Nathalie for a free guided meditation to the heart. This guided meditation will help you dive into the sanctuary that dwells within you through the use of pranayama (breathwork), mantras, imagery and soothing sounds. The perfect way to reconnect to your mind, body and spirit in a compassionate and nourishing atmosphere. All are welcome. Chairs, props and cushions will be provided to ensure you have an accessible and comfortable seat. Students will also participate in a very gentle warm-up to prepare the body for stillness.
