In this class, you will expand your consciousness by learning the basic science of what happens in the brain, heart, and nervous system during the meditative process. You will learn how to apply that information through a live guided meditation by Jason. We will be doing breathing, heart, and mind meditations as well as much more to calm your mind and relax your body.
