Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Qualifications

• You don’t need an Automotive Sales background to be considered, but successful applicants typically have backgrounds in industries such as customer service, food service, retail, hospitality, real estate, and equipment sales
• The ideal candidate has a general sales background of some sort (electronics, appliances, etc.) or a hard working professional looking to make a career change
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Prior experience working with customers is a must; auto sales experience isn’t required and dealership is willing to train the right individual
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Pay: $36,534.00 - $128,955.00 per year
