Northwest Medical Group Welcomes New Urology Nurse Practitioner to Valparaiso
Valparaiso, IN – Northwest Health welcomes Michael Schwuchow, DNP, FNP-C, a nurse practitioner
specializing in urology to Northwest Medical Group. Schwuchow joined the medical practice of Genri
Pinkhasov, MD, FACS, at Northwest Medical Group – Urology located the medical plaza adjacent to
Northwest Health – Porter, 85 E. US Highway 6 in Valparaiso.
Schwuchow received his doctor of nursing practice from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana and
his bachelor of science in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana.
As an advanced practice nurse, Schwuchow provides assessment and treatment of the urinary tract,
bladder and kidneys. He sees patients with a range of conditions from routine health concerns to
prostate cancer and female pelvic issues.
