Beginner Barre with Bands
This beginner class will incorporate simple barre moves all while using Thera-bands bands in different ways. This technique shows you the best resistance with the least equipment.

Beginner BYOB
This beginner class requires you to bring your own stability ball to find out if it is the perfect fit for you. Filled with beginner barre moves to make you feel more comfortable while using your core to balance.

Beginner "All About the Balls"
This beginner class will instruct you on all the different ways to incorporate our ball equipment safely into your barre workout.

Beginner Stretch+Strength+Roll
This beginner class will incorporate pilates strength exercises coupled with beginner stretches using our roller. You will leave this workshop feeling longer and leaner with the knowledge to be able to continue these exercises at home.
