BEGINNERS MOVEMENT: Circle Dance w/ Carlota Hursey The Circle Dance provides a valuable opportunity to practice attitudes that encourage harmony and peace. The dancing circle, like a moving mandala, becomes a safe place to be ourselves and enables access to our highest creative consciousness, whether through slow-paced meditative movements, or in quite lively and energetic steps. No partner, dance experience or special skills are needed. Each dance is taught or reviewed just before it starts, and beginners are always welcome. Circle Dancing is recommended to people of all ages, it enables dancers to become aware of their bodies and develop concentration and memory skills.
