About Us

Lakeshore Educational Assessments & Psychological (LEAP) Solutions is able to provide psychoeducational assessments for children from birth through 12th grade. This can include evaluating for learning disabilities, cognitive impairments, social-emotional-behavior disorders, autism, and more. LEAP Solutions' primary goal is family engagement, working collaboratively with the family to ensure they are connected to the right resources, are well educated about their child's strengths and weaknesses and are placed in the right direction for success.

Tonia Kitchel

I am a licensed school psychologist with over 20 years experience throughout NWI and within public and private schools, private practices, First Steps and Vocational Rehab settings. School psychologists are well trained in the assessment process and will come up with appropriate interventions and recommendations based on assessment results. The thing I look forward to the most is working with families to ensure that they are educated on their child's strengths and weaknesses and how to help them find success. LEAP Solutions will help families learn practical ways to help their child and will make sure families are connected to the right resources.
