The United Way of Northwest Indiana will welcome anyone interested in buying their first
(or next) homes to an exciting First Time Homebuyer Vendor Fair. Prospective buyers
will be able to move closer to their home ownership goals by interacting directly with real
estate agents and Realtors, lenders, home appraisers and many more.
Prospective buyers will have ample opportunities to:
• Explore a number of home ownership opportunities.

• Learn about down payment assistance programs, home financing, mortgage pre-
approval and much more.

• Hear from experts for tips and expectations on buying and moving into their first and
next homes.
“This really is a one-stop-shop of information and contacts for anyone interested in
buying their first or next home, and we know home ownership can help build the kind of
generational wealth that can build up communities,” said United Way of Northwest
Indiana President/CEO Adam O’Doherty.
This event is free to the public, and attendees can enter drawings for great prizes from
retailers like Home Depot, Lowes, Meijer and more!
